The 2018 Dubai Fitness Challenge kicks off on Friday 26th October and will run until Saturday 24 November.
With a month-long calendar of exciting events, this year's DFC is all about motivating and involving Dubai’s residents to commit to 30 minutes of continuous exercise a day for 30 days. This can include:
- Walking, Jogging and Running
- Swimming
- Gym workout (free weights, resistance machines etc)
- Group exercise classes including Body Pump, Indoor Cycling, and Circuits
- Sports including Football, Basketball, Cricket and Netball
As long as the 30 minutes of exercise increases your heart rate up then the only limits are by your own imagination.
To help get you stay motivated throughout the DFC, TribeFit will have a weekly presence on stage at the DMCC (JLT Park) Fitness Village showcasing some of our most effective group exercise classes including Les Mills GRIT: a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout designed to improve strength and build lean muscle.
You can find TribeFit on stage in the Fitness Village on the following days and times:
Sunday 28th October - BODY COMBAT @ 5:00-6:00pm
Saturday 3rd November - GRIT circuits @ 5:30-6:00pm
Sunday 4th November - BODY COMBAT @ 5:00-6:00pm
Saturday 10th November - GRIT circuits @ 5:30-6:00pm
Sunday 11th November - BODY COMBAT @ 4:30-5:30pm
Saturday 17th November - GRIT circuits @ 4:30-5:00pm
Sunday 18th November - BODY COMBAT @ 5:00-6:00pm
