That's why we've come up with our 'Do it for the After Selfie' competition, whereby we're asking you to snap a photo of yourself at TribeFit along with a motivational quote and the hashtag - #OwnIt
We'll then repost it on our Instagram page and the person with the most likes by 31st January 2019 will receive a free TribeFit hoodie.
But this is so much more than a simple competition. It's a way for you to start tracking your progress in 2019 and to see how far you've come in 3 months, 6 months or even next year.
Tracking your progress is one of the easiest ways to stay motivated and consistent. We recommend taking regular pictures of yourself (front and side) so that you can see clear changes over time.
Here are some other ways you can track your progress:
- Monitor how loose your trousers or belt buckle get.
- Start a log book and write down your gym achievements after each visit to TribeFit.
- Ask your family or close friends how they think you have improved.
- Download the MyFitness Pal app and easily track your workouts and food.
- Perform a 'benchmark workout' once a month and see if you can beat your last months time.
- Work with a TribeFit Personal Trainer who will help you get results quicker and help you manage all of the above.
