We're taking the saying "friends with benefits" to a whole different level with our February Buddy Circuit event.

Registration for our Buddy Circuit event is now open! No partner no problem. We will pair you up.

Taking place on Tuesday 12th February at 6:00pm.

They say the best things come in pairs... Which is why training with a friend or partner is so effective.

Our special Buddy Circuit event will pair you up and put you through an hour of the best partner based circuit class you would have ever taken part in. All exercises will have a partner theme and you'll be encouraged to motivate your partner and push each other to your limits.

Buddy Circuit is guaranteed to have you leave on a high and will also introduce you to some of our other awesome TribeFit members.

Registration for Buddy Circuit is now open and is suitable for all fitness levels. Don't forget to bring your friends!
