LesMills Sprint™ is a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results.

Tabata training is one of the most popular forms of high-intensity interval training (HIIT). It consists of eight rounds of ultra-high-intensity exercises in a specific 20-seconds-on, 10-seconds-off interval. The idea for Tabata training originated from the world of athletes, as many of our workout ideas do. Dr. Izumi Tabata, a professor at the Faculty of Sport and Health Science at Ritsumeikan University in Japan, along with the head coach of the Japanese speed skating team, wanted to find out if very short bursts of high intensity exercise, followed by even shorter rests, would improve the skaters' performance.

A body-conditioning technique designed to stretch, strengthen and balance the body. Pilates targets the deep postural muscles within the body through a series of exercises aimed at building muscle strength and rebalancing the body. Excellent for improving posture, strength and flexibility and aligning the body correctly, pilates also teaches coordination, concentration and control of the body. Ashtanga Yoga
Ashtanga Yoga

Yoga is challenging, quick-paced, and just the thing to open your tight hamstrings, hips, and shoulders.

Ashtanga is based on ancient yoga teachings, but it was popularized and brought to the West by Pattabhi Jois (pronounced "pah-tah-bee joyce") in the 1970s. It's a rigorous style of yoga that follows a specific sequence of postures and is similar to vinyasa yoga, as each style links every movement to a breath. The difference is that ashtanga always performs the exact same poses in the exact same order. This is a hot, sweaty, physically demanding practice.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha yoga is a generic term that refers to any type of yoga that teaches physical postures. Nearly every type of yoga class taught in the West is hatha yoga. When a class is marketed as hatha, it generally means that you will get a gentle introduction to the most basic yoga postures. You probably won't work up a sweat in a hatha yoga class, but you should end up leaving class feeling longer, looser, and more relaxed.

Combining stretching, strengthening moves and basic calisthenics-type exercise, Power yoga offers continuous movement from one position to the next, creating an effective aerobic workout for beginners and experts alike.
Sivanada Yoga

This traditional 90 minute Hatha Yoga class blends breathing, postures and quiet reflection, or meditation, into moves that are produced in a smooth, slow and calm manner. This type of yoga is often recommended for beginners to yoga, as it allows slow, quiet movements, though ideal for experts as well.
Vinyasa Yoga dubai

This style focuses on linking the breath with movement and is often referred to as a moving meditation. Vinyasa Flow cultivates strength, endurance, flexibility, balance, focus, and serenity.
